One (1) year limited warranty
Parts-People.com, Inc. warrants every product we sell for one (1) year or (365 days) from the date of purchase. If your product fails within 365 days of the date of purchase, we will replace it at our expense. Warranty claims that are more than 60 days after purchase will require the product to be shipped to our Warranty Test Center for warranty testing and/or repairs.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?

Failure or damage resulting from misuse, accident, physical damage, alterations, unsuitable physical or operating environment, acts of God, power surges, or improper maintenance on your part. This warranty is voided by the removal or alteration of identification labels on the product or its parts.

We want you to enjoy the items you buy from Parts-People.com, if you ordered the wrong part or need to return it for any reason, don't worry. Simply return it within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a refund (Returns must be unworn, in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs returning the product). p>
All functional returns are subject to a small restocking fee.
Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
All functional returns are subject to a 15% or $15 restocking fee; the lower of the two.

Parts-People.com may refuse a customer return when the returned item is not in original salable condition. Examples of conditions that will result in refused returns:
Returned item is a different serial number than originally shipped by Parts-People.com.
The returned item contains missing parts or the original product packaging material.
The returned item was damaged because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
The returned item has been heavily used (eg when a camera shutter counter shows that over 300 photos have been taken).
Please notify us within 30 days of the purchase date if you wish to return or exchange a product. The date of purchase is the date of your invoice. We cannot accept return requests after 30 days from the date of purchase. To return a product to Parts-people.com INC, contact us at 866-816-5254 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When returning a product, please include the following information: a copy of this invoice in the box, if you ordered another item because you ordered the wrong part, also include this invoice number and a description of the items or items) you wish to return and a brief reason for the return. Failure to include all of the above information will delay refund processing. The original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, unless the return is the result of Parts-people.com error. Trades
If you have ordered the wrong part and wish to exchange it for another part: you, the customer, must order the correct/new product before returning the item you are returning for exchange/refund, the item must be in good working condition (it will be tested upon receipt), exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the part you ordered to be exchanged is equal to or greater than the price of the returned item , a copy of the original invoice for the item MUST BE IN THE BOX along with the invoice number for the new item purchased. If the invoice number for the new item purchased is not written or included on the invoice, the 15% restocking fee automatically applies, no shipping will be refunded.

EXCEPT AS AVAILABLE IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARTS-PEOPLE.COM IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF INCOME; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS, DAMAGE, COMPROMISE OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE, HOWEVER CAUSED, INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COST OF RECOVERY, PROGRAMMING OR REPRODUCTION OF ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED OR USED WITH THE PARTS PRODUCT -PEOPLE.COM OR ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION STORED IN THE PARTS-PEOPLE.COM PRODUCT.
