Windows 10 recovery media
Dell provides Windows 10 recovery media in ISO format to customers. You can download this ISO recovery media from here:
Dell Windows Recovery Image
. This ISO file will not be directly related to the computer's service tag. If you need to reinstall it, you can also reuse it. If you want to install or reinstall Windows 10, you can use it on another Dell computer.
Remark:
Installing Windows 10 using Dell recovery media will reset the drive partition to factory defaults.
You can also use
Windows 10 Media Creation Tool
to download Windows 10 ISO. After the DVD or USB is created, you can boot to Windows 10 media to install Windows 10.
Remark:
For systems that have not been activated with the same OS version before, you need a digital product key to activate Windows 10.
